Question: Please help, i want to do this and I'm determined!!?
ok, i ask a question like this earlier but i don't think i explained a lot!. thanks for reading!.


ok so I'm 14 and want to lose weight!. i have reasons too, for one my doctor said i was at risk at being obese, which surprised me, plus i have a bf who said he really only liked my personality, and i want to be healthy!.
first off i have stopped drinking soda product for about 2 months now, but what are some other food i can eat or shouldn't eat!.
and what exercises can i do without my parent noticing!.

i don't want my parents knowing because they will be like you don't need to lose it, your fine, but i do and my doctor even said so!.

heres my questions-
1)what are some foods to eat (please be specific)!?
2) foods not to eat!?
3)exercises without arousing parents suspicion!?

I lost almost 100 lbs!. Here's how!.!.!.

1!. I got a Nintendo Wii!. I played boxing for about a half hour a day!. It's like exercise, but a lot more fun, so you don't even realize you're doing it!. Now, I can kick butt and I look great!

2!. I eat kosher!. I'm not Jewish, but the kosher laws make sense and they really work for me!. My biggest downfall (and what put all that weight on me) were cheeseburgers and pepperoni pizza!. Once I started eating kosher, the weight not only melted off, but I'm able to easily maintain it!.

3!. Drink plenty of water!. You'll probably pee like a racehorse for the first few days, but that's ok!. I like to think of it as cleansing!. After a few days, your body will adjust to it!. Not only does it keep everything nice and lubricated on the inside, but it made me feel fuller so I wouldn't eat so much!.

Hope that helps and please don't try to lose weight by not eating or anything else!. You'll only end up making yourself very sick!.

i am 13 somethings i do is to do situps during the commercials when i watch t!.v ,i like to ride my bike a lot,walking,and running!. doing s imple things like doing situps during commercials make a huge difference!.
Doing the exercise is just as important as a healthy diet!. Doing simple things like cuting out soda like you have done is also easy and it helps (i have also stopped drinking soda about 4 months ago) simple things like that make all the difference

I'm glad to hear you've stopped drinking soda!. You should have some idea regarding foods you should and shouldn't eat, but moderation is more important than what you actually eat!. What do you mean when you say "exercises without arousing parents suspicion"!? Exercise is an essential part of all our lives!. If your parents don't want you to exercies than that's pretty weird!. 1) raw fruits and veggies without the heavy oils or dressings on top!. lots of water (no soda, especially when exercising)!. organic juices!. lay off the meat!.!.!.!!!
2) just lay off fast food and you will be okay if you do number 3!.!.!.
3) participate in sports!. I did cheer leading all four years of high school and track for two years!. Now, 3 years later, I'm still 110, 21, and rarely exercise!. My metabolism kicked up big time from sports and exercise!.

well i dont know anything about the foods
but i do know about the exersice
do a lot of situps like 50 a day or twice if your not tired
in your room door closed
if both of your parents work and are not home at the sametime go for a jog like about 2 miles a day keep on adding a mile about every week

2!. dont eat junk food like burgers, fries, pizza, etc!. (only once in a while i mean u cant force urself not to have it forever)

Ugh the first person who replied is a moron!. Sorry that you have to deal with stuff like that!. First of all!.!.!. I wouldn't recommend hiding anything from your parents!. Talking to them and trying to get their support is best!. You can go walking!. It's a great exercise that people don't do nearly enough!.

1) increase fruits, veggies, whole grains (as in whole grain bread, pasta, brown rice!.!.!. there are others, but i'm just thinking of what you can get your hands on)
2) I'd watch your intake of fatty meats, too much high fat dairy and too much processed food like!.!.!. potato chips, fried foods, prepackaged cookies and what not!.
3) I'd go for walks for a good 30-45 minutes!. Around the parks, neighborhoods, malls if you want!.!.!. w/e is around!. You're young so you shouldn't have to go crazy with exercise to achieve your goal!. Maybe join a sport or play around with other kids at the park!. You could also ride a bike!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all , you will have much more sucess if you are not hiding this from your parents, particularly if your doctor is backing you up !. Drink lots of water!. Moderating the amount you eat will be much easier then cutting out any kinds of food and a much less noticeable change!. One should try to avoid ,fast food,junk food ,fried foods and foods with lot of salt !. Salads and fresh vegetables are nearly calorie free until you add dressing!. Walking is one of the best exercises we can do , swinging your arms while you walk will help tighten muscles and burn calories!.Clap your hands in front of you ,then in back of you while you walk will help build your chest muscles!.Doing crunches while laying on your bed (bring your chin to your chest) not very noticeable but good for your stomach!. As is lifting your legs and holding them for a few seconds, one at a time and then together!. Repeat these a few times each day !.Drink more water !.:-}Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Eat 5 small meals throughout the day with whole grains, some lean meats, and fruits and veggies!. Drink lots of water!.
2) Don't eat any processed food or sweets, and no fried or fatty foods!.
3)Say you and your friend are going for a bike ride, but then just go by yourself and go hard core :D!. Or get WiiFit, it's like a game but it gets you fit!. Or you could even do exercises in your room--jumping jacks, jacknives, running in place, pushups, squats, and situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Go for a 30 minute walk every day
-Eat as little as possible, only eat until you can't take it anymore!. Or just eat healthy!.!.!.!.like no junk food and stuff!
-Do lots of crunches a day, possibly 100!. You don't have to do them in a row though!.

-You can get those Slim-fast bars and eat those when you're hungry if you want!.

My friend used to weigh 120 lbs!. She went on an all-fruit diet and in just 3 weeks, she dropped down to 95 lbs!. In a little less than a week more, she was 90 lbs!. solid!. That's exactly 30 lbs!. she lost in a little under 4 short weeks!.

I mean, I used to look like a piece of cheese standing next to her, and now she weighs 3 lbs!. less than me!. It works!. It really does!. Eat- Fruits, Vegtables, Whole grain bread instead of white, Healthy cearel, instead of the sugar crap for breakfast!. Try eating granola, and yogurt with fruit ontop for breakfast to, thats good, and healthy!.
NOT to eat- lots of junkfood!. dosn't meen you can't have any!. just try to cut down on it!. don't eat the ego waffles every morning for breakfast!. (not saying you do lol) Instead of cookies, or icecream, try healthy stuff, like granola bars, or fruit!. or get the 100 calorie packs!. those are yummy (:
EXERCISE- Go on a walk with a friend, when they are over!. If one of your friends lives close, bike or walk to there house instead of getting a ride!. Ask your parents after dinner, if they want to go on a walk with you, if they ask whyy, say you are bored, or think its a nice day outside!. If you have a dog, take the dog on a walk!. when school starts, sign up for some sports you like!. or a phy ed class if you can choose your classes!.

What's your height and weight!? Eat To Live is a good book!. That's about as hardcore as it gets when it comes to eating healthy!. My mom reversed her diabetes by following that book!. Not only should you learn about what's healthy and what's not, but also why!. For instance, do you know why you stopped drinking soda!? Because of the HFCS, right!? Do you know why HFCS is bad!? Because the body can't process it like real sugar!. How's that!? I don't know!.!.!. Lots to learn! You have to learn about the different types of fats, proteins, carbs, grains, flours, sugars & and sugar substitutes, etc!.!.!. and how the body deals with all these!. Also, how they're made!. For instance, is it organic fruits and vegetables or were harmful pesticides used!? Was it free range chicken!? How were they raised!? Did they use harmful chemicals when raising them!? Eating healthy is very expensive!. In fact, it can cost more than double! You'll need your parent's help on this because they're the ones buying the food!. You have to shop by looking at the ingredients, NOT THE LABEL!. Seriously, you have to understand those INGREDIENTS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a tendency here to read more into the question that you are asking!. If your doctor thought you needed to lose weight he would have given you a diet plan to go by!. You did not say how much you weigh!. Eat plenty of vegetables, and fruit and lean meat and drinkk plenty of water!. Your number 3 question has raised my eyebrow!.!.!.!.!.!.!.exercises without your parents getting suspicious hmmmmmm !.this is how anorexia gets started!. As for the boyfriend honey you are only 14 you will have lots of boysfriends!. I don't understand your statement about him!. You said he really only liked you because of your personality!. That sounds great!.!.!.he is seeing your inner self!. That is a compliment to you!.

First things first!. Dump your boyfriend!. You deserve better!.
Second, tell your parents what you're doctor said (keep reading, you'll see why)!.

1) Obviously, vegetables, fruit, grains, blah, blah, blah!. You know the story!. This is where talking to your parents will come in healthy!. You're going to need their help when they buy food and make meals, because you have to incorporate this healthy eating into your life, not just eat a couple fruits and then a plateful of lasagna, if you know what I mean!? Maybe you guys can research together on healthy foods (find ones that you actually like to eat!!)

2) Again, I'm sure you know the answer to this!. You're doing good by cutting out soda!. Get rid of unhealthy foods around your house, but don't forget to treat yourself every once in awhile!.

3) Well!.!.!.if you refuse to tell them!.!.!.you can try going for walks after supper (it's a good way to destress, anyway), or you can do pushups, Pilates, stuff like that in your room!.
