What should I have with my sandwich for lunch??!


Question: What should I have with my sandwich for lunch!?!?
I had fiber one cereal for breakfast with skim milk (200 cal)

and for lunch I want a sandwich made of whole wheat bread (90 cal), all natural and organic peanut butter (1 tbsp), and fresh cut strawberries and half a fresh banana cut up in it!.

so thats probably like 270 calories im guessing!.!.!.but its pretty healthy!.
so what should I have with this sandwich that will KEEP ME FULL and satisfied!?

I dont want/have veggies and i really dont want a salad!.
so what could i have with it!?
if i had wheat crisps id be afraid that wouldnt keep me full and be "empty" calories!.

Yeah, I wouldn't have any crackers or bready foods with that meal, since you already have the wheat bread!. I don't really think you need anything!. You have protein (peanut butter), good carbs (whole wheat bread) and the fruits!. I think that's between 300-350 calories, so that is a good meal!. You shouldn't have more than 400 calories per meal since it's hard for your stomach to digest so much at one time!. The peanut buttr (1 tbsp) is 190 calories, plus 90 calories, plus the strawberries and bananas at probably 60 calories!. I think the meal should stay as is!. also, make sure you drink a big glass of water with your meal so that you will be even more full!.

Also, try to eat a better cereal for breakfast as i'm sure that cereal has alot of added sugar and preservatives!. try organic cereal with lots of fiber and protein with little to no added sugar!.

I like to slice up tomatos and salt them, theyre really good, i eat that as a side with everything, especially steak!. I also like to slice up strawberries and add blueberries, but u are already having strawberries!. Or grilled shrimp(which i eat with my tomatoes alot), steamed broccoli or sauteed strind beans with garlic!. You can also dice up cucumbers and tomatoes or just cucumbers and dump balsamic dressing on it-soooo good!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Per Peoples Choice Ideal Weight: 122 lbs!.

Your daily cal intake should be per the sites' recommendation!.

But you need to eat about 40% for break fast, 30% for lunch and 20% for dinner and or supper and rest of 10% for snacks, if you are on 3 meals a day routine if you are on 8 meals then about 12 to 13% each time!.
