How many minutes/hours of workout per day am i able to build good toned muscles?!


Question: How many minutes/hours of workout per day am i able to build good toned muscles!?
I only work out like 30 mins per day and i think thats kinda weak, i wanna know how long should i workout per day to make good show off muscles!. I have muscles but their a little bit beneath my skin and i wanna pump it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Half an hour can be enough, you shouldn't take that beyond an hour at most and then not every day!. Working out every day will not maximise your muscle growth!.

What counts is not how much you work out but how intense!. Exercise is a trigger to muscle growth - once you've triggered it, further exercise is pointless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

even if you worked out an hour or 2 its takes a longggggggg period of time to get perfect toned muscles i mean along dont think its gonna be quick couse it aint it takes along time Www@Answer-Health@Com
