On Average, How much do you think a medium framed 5ft. 10in. female should weigh??? I'm just hoping for an opinion :]

not less than 150, esp. if she works out. Many factor influence "ideal" weight including your muscle/fat ratio. Your "ideal" weight should be one you can maintain easily (ie without constant dieting/exercising) and at which you feel good.
