How can i get a 6 pac?!


Question:

How can i get a 6 pac?

ok.. im 13. i skate. i am 5'3 and weigh 110 pounds.
i skate EVERYDAY!
how can i get a 6 pac?

i drink about 5 waterbottlles everyday..
i eat somewhat good.
i lift weights occasionally (80)

hey - sk8in helps a lot !
so keep up with that !
but wat u wana do also, is add some more cardio, like walking or jogging or such coz u have to burn the fat on ur stomach so the abs show. Swimming laps will help alot as well.

Besides exercise, u wana eat healthy, usually the gut for the guy is where the fat would go first like thighs and *** for girls.

do sit ups before or after ur cardio.
u wana do good ab work outs like ...
- leg raises; lie down, put hands under ur bum, and lift ur legs up keeping them str8 almost 90 degrees, then hold it and bring them down without touching the ground. and repeat.
- also, lie down, ur arms extended on ur side palms facing down, lift ur legs off the ground a little, and ur head, then move ur legs up and down like a pair of scissors.
- u can also put ur hands behind ur ears, lying down, lift ur head up a little , and ur legs - bending ur knees, and then u wana pretend ur biking, so u turn u body to the left along with ur arms behind ur head, so ur right elbow touches ur left knee, and then turn the other way .

there are a lot of exercises, but i say do alot where u have ur legs up coz they mostly target lower abs and lower abs r really difficult- so dooo all kinds of crunches and change up every now and then. there is no exercises that target one spot only, so do all kind of crunches, legs up, regural crunches, and ones where u twist as well to help the sides
