i'm 13 and every time i drink milk or eat ice-cream i start burping ALOT!. but how do you know if you're lactose intolerant!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Farting
Burping
Upset Stomach
Diarrhea
Milk has a higher lactose content than any other dairy product, so I stay away from it!. Even semi-skinned (I only drink soy)!. Also I've stopped eating ice cream and made my cheese intake as small as possible!. Everything else, I've stopped eaing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My bf has it and his stomach makes weird noises and gets kinda bloated, which for him is a mild reaction; it can be a lot worse (if you know what i mean lol) depending on what he eats, how much of it, and whether or not he forgets to take a Lactaid pill!.

a true diagnosis from a doctor would be the only real way!.!.!.but the symptoms of it are cramping, irritated bowels and gas!. it's no walk in the park, lemme tell ya!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your body has very bad reactions to anything with lactose in it!. Diarrhea is the main symptom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
