I don't want to hear your opinions on "fad" diets, I just want to hear from people who have actually used this product. I want to know it worked, how long it took, and how much it costs. Was it worth it or was i just a waste of money?

I went on Slim 4 Life last summer. I am only 21 years old, but I dance on a college dance team and had gained some extra weight my freshman year. I went into Slim 4 Life for my free consultation and ended up purchasing the program. I think I probably spent close to $1000.00. I lost 25 pounds in about six weeks without any exercise. The program has you buy supplements and vitamins and you purchase your own food from the grocery store. The thing is that I never went hungry.. I usually was too full to eat the four different categories that I was supposed to for each meal (protein, starch, vegetable, fruit). I thought it was fairly easy to follow, and they even give you information on how to say no to giving into people that try to get you to break your diet. They give you recipes which you can make, and also something that was valuable to me was different combinations of sack lunches that you can make (since I am in college). I would definitely recommend this program if you have the money to spend. The weight drops between 3-5 pounds a week, and the first 3 days is a preparation phase and you will lose between 5-10 pounds in those first 3 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
