What is a good exersice plan for me?!


Question: What is a good exersice plan for me!?
I am 5'2'' and over 190lbs!. I am 21 yrs old and i want to lose weight because i don't want to be overweight for the rest of my life!. I know I have to cut down on what i eat, but what i have trouble with is an exercise routine!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i have been on all sorts of diets and plans half of my life so yeah, I think the main thing is to portion your foods!. As long as your doing that, you can pop in any exercise dvd and do that twice a day!. When your body gets used to it you'll start losing weight!. And also try eating a portion of each of the food groups during the day, it's best to eat something at least every 2 hours to keep your metabolism going!. Well good luck!

Walking! It's free and a great way to burn calories and build muscle!. Just make sure you walk with a friend or, if you're going at it alone, walk in a safe place!. Good luck!. It's not going to be easy but if you stick with it, you can do!. I know you know that you have to cut back on what you eat but have you considered the South Beach Diet!? I tried it and lost 13 pounds in the first two weeks!. It really isn't that hard to follow The first two weeks are the hardest because they're the most restrictive but after that it gets easier!. The best part is you eat foods that are good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I would say that walking is a pretty easy exercise that can actually be enjoyable!. I lose a lot of weight with a program called Truth About Abs!. I joined it a few months back and actually saw some great results!. I know this sounds like an advertisement haha but I am serious!. You could try walk away the pounds!. Its at home exercise dvd!. She as a lot of different dvds to pick from!. Its basically walking at home!. Its very easy!! You can even find her dvds and others at your local library!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try dancing a couple times a week!. It's fun and it burns calories!
