How do i get my body like that?!

Question: How do i get my body like that!?
Ok Im 13 years old and Im thinking about trying to be a bodybuilder, well im pretty small but im gonna try and get big at around 14!.

Ok my back muscles are pretty much perfect, so I wanna work on my chest, my pecs are as big as they can get at my age and size i suppose because they dont seem like they will get any bigger and I dont wanna over do it!.

Ok I want to know how to get really toned abs because i have a visible 6 pack and no matter how much I work out it doesnt seem like the bodybuilders or other people's abs!.How do I get that gap space inbetween my abs or really toned abs because I work out alot and my abs are easily visible, but Its not how i want them to be!?

Also, I have no acess to a weight bench or gym, only 10 lb weights, thus the reason i have a good chest and back because I only do pushups!.

Am I to young to start body building, should I just wait until im older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to look like mr!. olympia you need to drop your body fat content to about 5%!. The reason your abs don't look like that is because you can't see them through the fat!. Nearly everyone has abs similar that, just you can't see it because it's behind a layer of fat!. That fat is there for a reason, it is normal!. You should not be concerned about this until you are an adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should definitely wait until you are older to do serious bodybuilding!. You are still growing and it could seriously affect your growth plates!. It is still controversial for teens to be lifting heavy weights (which you would need to do to get large like a body builder)!. Check with an sports orthopedist doctor and ask when it is safe to begin serious weight lifting like it takes to be a body builderWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are very dedicated!. What I did is go on Women's Health Magazine website and read the articles and what they suggested as exercise and have a little routine I do, maybe you can go on Men's Health website and research a exercise routine!. Being Summer all magazines have articles on how to look good at the beach!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, as a personal trainer i feel the need to tell you that yes while you are still 13 years old your body is still growing, and to be doing any other weight bearing exercise other than with the aid of your own body is not advisable!.

So to give your bones the BEST chance of fully developing i would wait until at least 15 and months or 16 years old to start weight training would be the best plan!.

Having said that, what your doing at the moment is fine!.
Push-ups, Crunches, Chin-ups and Body-weight Squats are excellent mass and strength builders requiring no added weight at all!. So i would try these, maybe 2-3 sets of each exercise and between 12 and 15 repetitions!.

Having a good genetic structure is also very important to determine how much mass you can actually pack on, and by the looks of your photos you have exactly that!.

As for your abs and your problem with being able to see them clearly defined, the only way you will achieve this is by doing a lot of cardio!.
the reason you cant see them properly is because they are covered by a layer of fat on your stomach!. I have found that skipping, or jumping rope is a perfect exercise for getting rid of that fat!. Take a look at any boxer for instance, they do many hours of skipping a week!.

Nutrition will play a very highly important part in your goal of becoming a body builder!. To put on muscle mass you need to be consuming huge amounts of calories per day, and making sure you are having at least 1!.7-2 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight and enough carbohydrates to brake the protein down!. Also making sure you are eating every 2-3 hours instead of just 3 meals a day!. Down the road a little when you are a little older, maybe 16 or 17 you might want to start using protien supplements and mass gainer supplements, not to replace your normal eating but to compliment it!.

During competition Body Builders expel almost all of the water in their body in order to have as little as possible in between muscle and skin for proper visualisation!. But to do this without need can be very dangerous and you could black out and hurt yourself like many first time bodybuilders do!.

I hope i have helped you, even if just a little!.
