Question: I am overweight and i only have 5 days lose it!?
i am 5'4,12 and 140 lbs!. i have already lost 15 lbs and i need to lose 5 more lbs to reach my goal,but i only have 5 days to do so for Open house!. what strict diet plans can i do!?
i don't care if this is unhealthy and i know i will gain it back, but i just need to lose these 5 more lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't starve yourself like the other morons are saying!. That makes you gain weight in the long run because your body will start to store more fat!. Go to a gym and work your *** off until you're so sweaty that you feel like you've jumped into a swimming pool!. Eat healthily, (you probably already have an eating plan, so follow that) and in the mornings and evenings, do mental math (It could be simple things like 4x9, or harder if you prefer!. An alternative is to do sudoku (Don't know what it is!? Google it!" The brain burns more calories than any organ in you're body!. Just by exercising you're brain you can maintain a constant weight, and by exercising you can drop some pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A fast will make you look creepy!. You'll be tired and sick!. Basically, you can be Slightly Overweight Girl # 2245 or you can be That Girl Who Fainted at Open House!.
If you do fast, your stomach will be empty, caving in, and growling like a bear, but the fat will still be there!. You won't look toned and beautiful, you'll look jiggly and hungry!.
Keep up the diet you've been on!. You'll look fine!. The only way to lose weight that fast is through surgery!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best short - term way to loose weight is just to not eat, and consume only liquids!. However, this is extremely dangerous, and you can end up getting very sick!. So, in other words, you won't be able to manage it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go on lots of walks!! (like 3 a day) and drink lots of water, it will make you less hungry
when you do get hungry eat fruits or vegetables
