No, it will not ruin your diet!. It was one little thing that happened!. But think about this: If you're just on a diet, then eventually you're going to go back to eating normally and gain it all back, right!? I thought it was stupid when I heard it but now I always call my change in eating, a lifestyle change!. Because I want to be healthy and lose weight and keep it off for life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll live!.

Just get back on the wagon, eat a sensible meal tonight, and start again tomorrow as if this had never happened!.

Nobody can eat a perfect diet every day, all year round, year after year!. They all have days when they splurge!. It's no big deal!. Just get back to the plan, and you'll be OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, just don't stress about it!.!.!.be cool, everything will be ok!. Now, I dunno if this happened right now or last night or yesterday but don't eat anything else for the rest of that day, just try to drink water!. Now, next day just work a little harder on cardio machines, you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Man I did the same thing with my diet!. After starving myself of sweets, sodas, sat fats and all the bad foods i wanted for 2 weeks I eventually went on a binge!. Its okay to have a small treat every other day so that you don't do it again!. And maybe do an extra hard workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site!. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
