How do I lose these love-handles!??!


Question: How do I lose these love-handles!!?!?
I weigh 175 lbs!. (which I am very unhappy about) and I have love-handles!. I'm trying to target that area first because it is my biggest problem area!. I am 5' 9" and I want to weigh at least 150-160, anything would be an improvment!. Do you know any tricks that really work good!. I want something fast or something that isn't a pain in the butt that I'm not going to stick to!. Please help me!.!.!.I'm desperate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups or even try getting a weight ball and holding it in front of you keeping your legs straight turn fr side to side!. I saw improvement with in about 2-3 wks!. you just have to stick to it!. good luck also watch your eating habbits and do cardio too!. Brisk walks, treadmill, eliptical but nothing under 20min works!. you hit your heart rate and start burning the fat around 30minWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat plenty of green vegetables!. They are low in calories and high in nutrition!. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find jeans that FIT and that have a different and higher rise on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
