You need to take in more protein so that when you tear down the muscle fibers, they can recuperate and become larger!. Muscle mass won't replace fat, but you have to burn fat if you want the muscles to show!.

So, the way you'd probably want to do it is gain muscle mass first, then lose fat after wards; it's (IMOIMOIMO) difficult to do both at the same time!. IMO!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey,
I dunno what type of exercise you doing cuz the answers can vary!. But here's the basics

When u exercise u burn fat!. Now u need to replace that fat with muscle, so all you gotta do to get heavy and not fat is eat lots more and Eat PROPER!. That's the most important thing!. Eat less fatty foods!.

Also to get more heavy (if ur working out) u need to start using heavier weights!. If ur not working out then to get heavier u need to start working out!. Just exercising (running) wont make u heavier!.

You need to eat more calories for sure, but how many is very different for each person!. My best advice would be to STOP asking people online and go see a weight management specialist who is employed at a health club!. Look for someone who is certified with a weight management company like APEX Fitness or e3 ( www!.e3wms!.com) or an RD (registered dietician)!. They can asses your diet now and tell you how to get to your goal in the quickest and safest manner with results that will last!. It is much easier to lose weight than it is to gain muscle mass and weight without putting on a lot of fat, so invest a small amount of money (should run you between $100-$300 for a few sessions but will save you a ton of time instead of wasting time reading people's Opinions!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hiya
you need to build more muscle focus more on strength training instead of cardio - and eat more carbs they will help you build muscle and keep you at an average weight!. you should really look at your diet and see if you are eating enough healthy fats (nuts, fish)!.

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on if you want fat on you or not because if you work out a lot than you'll lose all that fat on your body!. If your lifting make sure to take a lot of protein, calories, and carbs, try muscle milk but if your running than just eat a lot instead!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

just be sure not to eat less carbs and fats than the amounts of carbs and fats that you're burning!.!.!.!.your diet is just as important as exercise!.!.!.it has the effect over your body, so just take more in! but keep exercising so you don't lose the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lift weights, if your not that strong, lift light weights with many reps and eventually work your way up to heavier weights, muscle is 3-5 times heavier then fat, you will gain weight, but not body fat Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting buff is nothing to be ashamed of!. You should just make sure you have more calories then you burn (that way your body stores them in your muscles)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try weight lifting!. It builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll look good but not scrawny!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat a lot of healthy foods!. if you excersise for more than two hours, you should probably eat 2,500 cals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably continue to eat around 2000 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whey protein can really help build muscle mass when liftingWww@Answer-Health@Com

yoga!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more - strength train more - less cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com

do brisk walkingWww@Answer-Health@Com
