Does running/jogging give you huge legs?!

Question: Does running/jogging give you huge legs!?
I want to start taking up jogging in the morning!. But my legs are already grotesquely enormous (21 inch thighs, compared to my 24/25 inch waist!.!.), and I'm afraid running will make them even bigger!.

I'm 15, F, 134lbs, 5'5 (I'm on a diet to lose 10-15 lbs)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Long, medium-speed running/ jogging is a way to burn a lot of calories and build muscle at the same time!. The muscle in your legs may develop more before all the fat is burned, making them appear larger, but in all reality, keep doing it, because it's not only good for your heart and health but can get you a sweet body!. 21 inches are not big thighs either! Keep jogging, believe me, it'll pay off in the long run!. (haha)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your legs are already small, then running/jogging will tone your leg muscles and they'll get a LITTLE bit bigger (since your muscles will be increasing in size due to the workout)!.

If you're big-boned and have huge muscles already, exercising will tone your muscles and make them tighter, but will not decrease the size!. (Trust me, this is my case!. xD No matter how much I run and exercise, my calves are HUGE and they stay that way!. -_-')Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, most female distance runners are very thin, with more wiry muscles!. Are your legs large with big muscles from weightlifting!? If so, doing this less and jogging should actually decrease the muscle mass in your legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No way, my legs have become very slim and muscular since I started running!. Actually what I do is brisk walking and running/jogging intervals!. It's great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
