you should never consume less calories than is required by the basal metabolic rate. if you do the metabolism will slow further than it is already and the body will utilize even less fatty acids for use as energy.
starving the body has never worked for fat loss and it never will. it goes against everything that is required by our biology to function at optimal levels of efficiency
