Hi, I would like an opinion on this plan?!


Question:

Hi, I would like an opinion on this plan?

I'm 5'4 about 115lbs and id like to lose about 10 pounds

is this healthy?

breakfast- a whole wheat bagel with pineapple flavored cream cheese

lunch-tuna (with mayo) on whole wheat bread with lettuce..

but thats it so far i dont know what's for dinner yet but do those two sound good

i excercise also i do a lot of walking for about an hour a day

so i should eliminate mayo on tuna...what can i use as an alternative?

that sounds like a good plan, but if you want a snack, try apple slices with light peanut butter or other fruits or light/baked chips.
