Question: Is it good or bad to drink coffee before working out!?
Or does it not matter!? I'm very tired, but I want to go to the gym!. Is it okay to drink a few cups of coffee!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. what is better is eating high sugar foods!. Eat a banana, granola bar, !.protein shake, or the BEST is to eat a few pop tarts, that is an old body building secret, they are loaded with energy!. eat them 20 mins before you work out!. Well first of all, being very tired is a very good sign that you should rest and not go to the gym!. You have to listen to your body, if it wants to rest, it will tell you by being tired !.!.!.

That being said, if you are just kinda feeling lethargic and want a little extra push, a cup of coffee will do no harm!. I do this often!. It gives a nice little zing to my workout, especially if I'm doing weights and not cardio!. On cardio days, coffee makes my heart beat a little faster and sometimes that's slightly uncomfortable!.

It is bad because the caffeine in coffee will have you to crash later once it wears off!. Try taking a B-complex supplement!. It seems that you are fatigue and coffee will make it worse over time regardless of the pep you get after drinking coffee!. You may need to focus more on what you are eating and taking into your body!. Natural foods such as fruits and vegetables will give you what your body needs including whole grains which have the complex carbs you need for energy!. Caffeine is a drug that shouldn't be taken if you are trying to be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you just had one glass I don't think it would hurt much!.

But something better is to eat a banana!.!. it is high in iron and will give you energy without making you crash later or making you fat!.

Also a glass of water with the banana and if you just go for a walk around the block after the banana I'm betting you will feel much better!.
Exercize can actually give you energy so the walk, banana and water will fuel you for you're weight training!.

Consuming caffeine before strenuous exercise regiments is extremely good!. The extra boost of adrenalin caused by those gloriously roasted Columbian beans will help you push yourself further, without a bad crash that other sugar energy drinks/pills might later altercate!.

Drinking coffee won't hurt you at all!. In fact, it should increase your activity level in the gym!. So far, it's one of only two proven 'supplements' that increase your performance in the gym when weight training or cardio!. So go ahead!. Down a few cups of coffee and hit the weights!

perfectly fine as long as you stay hydrated, which is not hard to do!. while caffeine is good for strength training because it increases muscular contraction force and rate, it is not a good idea to make a habit of it!. No, it is not good to drink coffee at all!. You should drink water to keep hydrated, especially when working out!. When working out, you tend to sweat and lose water!. If water intake is not replaced, you could become dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
