I read from a newspaper that drinking 30 ML of Extra light olive oil, 15 ML after breakfast and 1 hour before dinner, helps lose weight. Is this true?

wow. I hae never heard this. I would assume that it would make you sick. Olive oil is full of fat. Both good, and bad fat. It is recommended on a healty balanced diet to incorporate 2-3 tablespoons of oils into your cooking daily. That amount you listed, is a lot mroe than that!
