Question: What's the best way to get in great shape in less than a month!? (10 points fast!)!?
I'm not overweight, but I want to be TONED and in good health in a months time!. Anyone have an intense workout/diet routine to give me, or tips, and advice!? Please help me out, I hate being unhealthy, I want to feel strong inside and out! Thanks in advance, and I'll give 10 points to best answer as soon as YAHOO allows me to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in the same boat as you!. Here's what I recommend:

- Run : do this every other day, work your way up!. If you can barely do a mile, run a mile, then work your way up to 2, 3 and so on!.

- Yoga or Pilates : both will build your core, increase flexibility and tone

- Do weight training or take a fitness class that is a combination of cardio and strength training!. This will build muscle tone and give you those coveted strong abs, arm and butt

A combination of cardio and weight/strength training will keep you fit - as long as you eat well!. Throw out the chips, sugary sodas, candy, fatty meats and fried foods!. Drink lots of water, chew on gum or veggies if you feel like a snack, and eat between 1,200 - 1,600 cals a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get toned and eat/be healthier, you should start off with replacing chips and junk food with fruits that can give you natural sugar!. Eat healthy food such as fruits and veggies, and stick to that!. Don't go on a hardcore diet, because we all know starving yourself or depriving your body of carbs will not help!. To get toned, you can do simple exercises such as push ups, crunches, sit ups, lunges, things like that, all in the comfort of your own home :) Hope that helped! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fix up your diet!.

Get a decent weights program and do some HIIT!.

You need to make sure you eat five small meals a day!.

Do your weights program in the morning and weights 7 hours later!.

HIIT is really great but hard, stick to it and you should be able to lose about 2-4 pounds a week!.

Google something called 'The Cabbage Soup Diet' it's a really good crash diet, but it's not a permanent diet, but it's easier because you know you'll only have to stick with it for a week!.
it works amazingly!.
Also, try doing tabata sprints!.

Boxing is a great way to stay in shape!. Also, doing some jump rope for about 10 minutes!. great for the biceps and legs as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

work out 5 or 6 days out of the week but doing crunches untill it hurts a few times a day and run 3 days out of the week, eat mainly vegitables and juice good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the beginning of my dieting [and i lost alot of weight this way], i only ate 850 calories a day for 7 days!. then the 8th day i ate whatever i was craving!.!. this helps because it speeds your metabolism again to burn alot of calories [when your only gonna be taking in 850 the next day] and its something to look forward to so that you dont quit your diet!. Do this for 2 weeks and i promise you will see results!. But the only problem is after 2 weeks, if you still want to lose more weight, you will have to start a new plan because after 2 weeks, your body adjusts to only burning 850 calories a day!.

-Exercise, believe it or not, is better than cutting down on junk food!. If you go to the gym, be motivated by the person next to you!. The trick i use is like if im on a treadmill and my speed is 3!.7 and the person next to me is 3!.9!.!. i go on 4!.1 !.!.!.!. if the person next to me burned 200 calories and i only burned 150, i try and go soo much faster than them to beat them!.
