Question:

How to get thru the not losing weight part of losing weight??

ok I have been dieting and excersizing now for about 4 months..i have lost 35 pounds..but im now stuck at this..i know my body is use to eating what i eat an excersizing the way i do..and thats why it doesn't want to lose any more..but what can i do to get over this flat line..i've tried to cut my calories for a few days..i couldn't possibly work out any more than i do..i listen to my body n its tellin me enough..any suggestions...

Congrats on losing 35lbs! That's very impressive!

I've had some decent luck by trying working out twice a day for a week. The extra work out doesn't have to be too strenuous...maybe a 20 minute walk or something like that to give you that extra boost.
