Diet and exercise is the answer!. By diet I do not mean attempting to lose weight!. The fact that you are skinny points to a poor diet and that is something that you need to overcome!. I suggest as a starting point you use a site such as fitday!.com to record your food intake for a week!. I suspect that you will find that you are missing out on key parts of your nutritional intake!.
To trigger muscle growth you need to start exercising because your body will only add muscle if it is forced to do so!. Since you are skinny I'd suggest a good overall bodyweight routine first to condition your body!. When you eat, don't chew your food that much then swallow!. That way you won't feel full even though you've eaten alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
