Question: How can I get a body like hers!? (pics!)!?
I understand that I am way overweight and that i need to loose weight!. But I need a goal!. This is what I want to look like:

My guess is that you will never look like her!. She probably has a personal trainer and chef working for her everyday!. BUT, you can lose some significant weight and look darn good for the "girl next door" by exercise and diet!.

Set a goal for 1 hour of exercise a day!. Maybe that starts with a walk that you turn into a run!. Maybe after a couple of months you can run for 45 minutes without stopping!. Find some stairs at your house and start climbing up and down!. Get your heart beating!. You should feel that lactic acid in your legs working!. With food, you are most likelly overating - most people do! I lost 20 lbs with weight watchers online and it wasn't even that hard!

Remember, it is 80% the food you eat that will help you lose weight!. Eat CLEAN and eat less!. NO JUNK FOOD! If you mess up one day, remember that the next day is new and get off to a fresh start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join a sports team or the "Y" or a gym and go swimming!. swimming is a wonderful exercise, especially indoors during the winter!. Joining a team will give you accountability and motivation to keep going!. It's easy to wake up and decide you don't feel like jogging!. And eating is key!.
