I'm so tired after work, how can I get motivated to hit the gym?!


Question:

I'm so tired after work, how can I get motivated to hit the gym?

I just got my first real job out of college and I'm working 9-10 hours a day. I used to work out almost every day, and I'm trying to lose weight. Since I started my job this week, I'm so tired after work I don't want to go to the gym. Plus if I go to the gym, I use up a good 2 hours of my time, and then have to go to bed almost immediately after. How can I get back on track?


Answers:

i would go straight to the gym right afrter you come out of work because if you go home and take a break you wont want to go out
