try the 3-day diet (google it) which consists of eating grapefruit for breakfast, cottage cheeze for lunch and a lot of beets for dinner!. it even has vanila ice cream and hotdogs, believe it ornot!. but guaranteed to make you lose weight fast!.

Well, you could lose 10 kilograms in around 2 months if you drank plenty of water, did 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength training, and ate fruit and vegetables, etc!.
