How should i exercise a day?!


Question: How should i exercise a day!?
well how should i!? like 1 hour of jogging strechting something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Stretch for about 10 minutes!.
Bending down to touch your toes!.
Sitting down having one leg out reaching for your toe!. (both sides)
Legs apart reach in the middle!.
Roll your shoulders back!.
One arm across your body then switch!.
Then you can do other stretches, but thats a couple basic ones!.


Then each day you can build up your exercise plan!.
Like walk 20 minutes, jog for 5, Walk for another 20 minutes then jog for another 5 minutes and then cool down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
