I wanna loose 10-15 pounds.. how long do u think it'll take!!?

Okay im 14.. and im 5'7 and i weight 125.. size 3 in pants... 34c chest... i just wanna loose 10 - 15 pounds.. .im starting to eat healthier and i exercise for like 30 minutes everyday... sometimes more... and do crunches everynite.. wut else can i do??? Or should i just stay at the rate im at.. .and how long till ican loose that much.. or should i loose any... and yeah is there any way u can eat to much fruit... like for it to be bad for u??

Eating healthy and exercise is the best way! For gods sake don't starve yourself and make yourself sick! Listen portion control is important. You don't have to stop eating the foods that you like, but don't eat so much of them at one time. Remember that carbohydrates are the body's fuel, and calories turn into fat. monitor your calorie intake, and form a daily regimen of how many calories you can allow yourself in one day. form your meals,snacks and otherwise around this intake,and you should do fine. Check out the weight watchers website on how to run the formula. good luck, and don't lose too much weight, anorexia looking is gross.
