Exercise help please?!


Question: Exercise help please!?
what are some good daily exercises i can perform in a closed area (liike my room) with no equipment !? (old school)

please explain how the exercises are performed and how many i should do

i need to exercise and eat better so please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

my friend swore by this

15 REAL push ups a day
50 crunches twice a day
eat a lot of fruits and vegstables
calm it down on whitebread,chips,pasta
eat a ton of whole grains

this kid is RIPPED

There are Squats that will tighten your thighs!. Just spread your feet on the ground and go up and down!.

Um theres also ball crunches!. You can have a regular ball like a soccor or volleyball or any small ball and put it under you and do crunches!.

Umm and In place running is good too!.
