What is the best abs workout equipment?!

What is the best abs workout equipment?

I've seen infomercials of like "the bean" and "the ab chair" but what is the best equipment to give me a flat stomach quicker? Or what video would be good to use? (I don't plan on spending more than 80dollars.)
