Well you didnt mention age or weight but Im assuming your male and that your really into weightlifting!. Proper protein intake is crucial, but so is an overall healthy diet!. The six meals a day is a good choice because it never allows your body to be hungry so there is no insulin level spike!. In regards to your !? some say " If it's not broke dont fix it" and I used to by by this routine until I learned an alternative way!. First off I would say workout five days a week and take two days off!.!.your body needs proper rest, that is when muscle growth occurs!.!.Overtraining or an injury is the last thing you want!.!.In changing your workout routine maybe replace deadlifts with back extensions or flat bench with incline bench!.!.!.I could go on and on about this but the main point Im trying to get at is to try and switch things up every now and again!.!.variety is a must!.!.doing certain exercises that you may normally not do may help an area that is lagging behind !.!.Make sure you are feeling the muscle work and not just trying to put on alot of weight that is key!.!.My training split is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday workout and Wednesday and Sunday off!.!.that way I have a break in the middle and end of the week!.!.I just like it better that way!.!.Add a little variety to your workout though!.!.I know it may seem foreign and weird but change is sometimes good every now and then!.!.eat well!.!.exercise correctly and get rest !.!.Hope I have helped take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
