Not losing weight?!


Question:

Not losing weight?

I am on weight watchers and going to the gym while also doing long walks. why on earth does the scale still seem to be a hell of an issue? am I not as chubby as I thoguht I was and my body is telling me my weight is okay or something??? or are some diets not for some people? Heres a good example. I haven't had chips, candy, pizza, etc since may. wtf?


Answers:

make sure you are eating a variety of different foods and that you are also doing a variety of different exercises.. if you keep doing the same thing your body gets used to it.. make sure to surprise your body with new things and that will help you lose weight.. also lifting weights will help you lose fat.. muscle burns fat.. (not heavy weights) also muscle weighs more than fat so although u may weigh the same amount u might actually look better
