I'm always feeling hungry and over-eat but i'm trying to watch my weight!


Question: I'm always feeling hungry and over-eat but i'm trying to watch my weight!.!.!?
I'm 13, and i have quite a balanced diet, but sometimes i overeat on sweet things and stuff, and before i sleep etc!.!.
As for excerise, maybe like 15 minutes a day or something!.!.

The sugars are the reason you're always feeling hungry!. They offer quick energy, but the body metablizes sugar quickly and can leave you feeling weak and drained!. 15 minutes a day is a good start and may keep you from becoming burned out at the beginning!.

Eat smaller portions more often and eat your smallest meal at night!. We often pack on pounds when we eat heavier meals at night then go to sleep - those calories don't get burned while we're sleeping!.

You want to lose weight easy!? just cut out ALL BREAD, CHIPS, and SUGARS, if you can do that and not cheat you'll lose weight fast!. Just make sure your riding a bike and walking also!. If you want to lose weight even faster eat only green veggies, unbreaded fish, and drink only water you can lose 15 lbs in a couple weeks!. Then again if your only 13 are you sure you need to lose weight!? You'll probably stretch out and lose it between now and the time your 16 anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try walking more

walking is exerise and do a lot of walking
walked about 7 miles on thursday

just try not to eat as much and stop eating when you feel like youve eaten a lot

im really thin and my friends are all like kirsten why are you so thin !? do you eat enough !? are you bulemic !?

haha!.!. u just reminded me of a porgramme i was watching on TV, wher ppl eat dried blocks of clay so that they can kill their hunger!.!. but pls dun try that!.!.!. u nvr kno the amount of worms and their eggs inside!.!.!. eewww!.!.!.

Get a check for diabetes!.
Otherwise, it is normal for teenagers to eat more, because this is when they need energy!. The first period is when you are a baby, the second when you are a teenager and the third when you are pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just try and stay away from the junk especially late
at night, instead eat a yogurt or fruit!. Try exercising
a little more maybe an hour a day go walking or for
