How can i tackle my weight and love/hate relationship with food?!


Question: How can i tackle my weight and love/hate relationship with food!?
i'm overweight but just by a bit and i know how i could lose the weight ( with exercise and a healthy diet) and believe me i try i eat healthily and exercise and hour a day and it goes ok for about a week and then i brake down ( not mentally) i give in and eat even though i know i don't want to, and to be honest i don't even like food that much i just eat it ( and don't send me stupid comments saying i'm a pig) is there any way i could stop binging and keep on track with my healthy diet!? I've been down this road before, and I'm still struggling with it sometimes!. You've become addicted to food!. YES, it IS an addiction!. You're addicted to the "happy hormones" you get when you eat!. You need to find something else that makes you happy!. Realize there's more to life than weight, appearances, and most of all, food!. Take up a hobby you like, or a sport, spend more time with your friends, play with your pet - Anything that gets you out of your slump!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, you should enjoy food!. It's meant to be pleasurable, otherwise we'd starve! If you slow down your eating and truly appreciate each bite, you'd probably find that you don't hate food so much!. You'll eat less of it, and you'll eat better stuff!.

Secondly, you say you don't know why you're eating, but you just do!. I suspect that either your definition of eating healthily means starvation, which causes you to break down and eat, or your eating out of boredom or because of stress!. Having a healthy diet means eating a lot of good stuff!. You should never go hungry!. If you're eating when you aren't actually hungry, then I would suggest that you keep a food diary and write down everything you eat!. It'll help stay aware of what you're putting in your mouth!. You can also find other things to do when the munchies strike: go for a walk, do yoga, get out of the house (away from food), or some hobby that you enjoy!.

Basically, if you treat yourself right both emotionally and physically, your body will find a natural and healthy weight to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well as much a food is supposed to be fun to eat!. here is a tip!. when you start eating foods look at the back of the lable!. if you look in the ingredients and you see a phrase that says "high fructose corn syrup", stay away! this ingredient is actually an inhibitor to keep you from getting full!.!.!.ie!. you'll eat more!. If you stay away from foods that have this, you'll find yourself, in a couple of days, not eating as much and you honestly get full after eating/ before finishing a regular portion and wont want to eat more!. its amazing how much those 4 words make you eat!. so next time your rents go to the grocery store, tag along and look at foods similar to what you like to eat and look for the ones w/o that ingredient!. you'll see a big difference!. i hope this helps and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
