Bloated Stomach, i think ive eaten too much!?!


Question: Bloated Stomach, i think ive eaten too much!!?
im all bloated, i know ive eaten too much, i don't feel sick at all!.

but i look fat :|

i can't risk it not going down over night!.
what can i do to uuhh "de-bloat", if i had some lactose!.!.!.would that help clear it out !? :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you mean that you've just eaten too much right now!? Or that you've eaten too much for, say, the past week!?

I find going for a walk helps digestion, as does drinking some water!. If you continue to feel bloated then try eaten bio-yogurts or some fibrous fruit and veg (most of them are, but in particular dried fruits, spinach and parsnips)!.

I'm sure that you don't look fat (well, as sure as a stranger who has know clue what you look like can be :p )! But if your stomach is becoming, er, too convex after eating a lot of food, it might help to do some crunches to tighten the muscles so that it doesn't stretch outwards quite as easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure when you wake up that you take a solid dump and then drink some V8 but no solid stuff until your second dump comes around!. Then you should feel pretty good!.

Stick with high fiber snacks (like wheat biscuit cereal or oatmeal) and go lean on the meat and fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i guess just sit around!.
