Weight loss tips please?!


Question: Weight loss tips please!?
Any tips on losing weight fast, i dont want anything like wraps or an eating disorder cos i'm not that pathetic, no pills
i do eat quite healthy, and i'm trying to cut out my snacking, i do all the sport i can at school, however i weigh alot, 10 stone actually, but i look like i weigh about 8st!.

i have alot of flab on my stomach, and calfs, imho,

Well, eating healthy is a great start! (:
Some things to do at home:
100 Sit ups per day!. (50 in morning, 50 at night)
25-50 Push ups per day
Another great exercise is to pretend you are hula hooping!. This can really improve your abs if you follow it for a steady routine!.
Reach you right arm above your head over your left side, and then place it down!. Do this for 5 times, then hold for ten seconds!. Repeat with other side!.
Running in place while commercials are on is a simple exercise!.
If you can roll your stomach, that is a great workout!.
Go for a bike ride when you can!.
Swimming is fun and easy!
