What is the best time of day to work out???!


Question: What is the best time of day to work out!?!?!?
I need to start working out so I was thinking of getting up at 6 and working out for like 30-45 minutes!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the morning, as you would have just woken up, had breakfast and would be totally energised assuming you'd had a good nights sleep!. I would suggest not going any major workout during the rest of the day unless you really feel up to it as this could result in you injuring yourself as you may have lack of energy but would be pushign yourself therefore injuring yourself through a pulled muscle for example!.

Here are some tips:
x Never EVER EVER exercise on an empty stomache as this will just leave you craving food afterwards and all of your hard work would be for a waste!.
x Never EVER EVER exercise just after eating though also, as you will get a stitch!.
x My advice is to exercise atleast an hour after having breakfast!. So if you normally get up at say 6 a!.m!. then exercise at about 7ish!.
x If you're going for a dramatic weight loss regime, then work out everyday for a good hour!.
x If you just wanted to tone up then exercise for an hour every other day with atleast 3 sessions of power walking and 1 session of swimming!.

The best time to work out is the time that you think you would most be able to stick to it!. Usually, morning is that time for most people!. If you choose in the evening after work, things might come up that would prevent you from doing it, or you might be too tired after a long day, etc!.

So, whatever time of day that you would have the least excuses to get out of it :)

If you do decide to get up earlier, it will take about a week to get used to getting up earlier!. So, don't give up on it right away because you are too tired!. Give your body a little time to adjust to waking up early!. Soon, you will be waking up with no problem, and ready to exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The time that fits your schedule!. The only reason people recommend AM workouts is because once their out of the way you don't worry about them!. However, there are studies that have shown working out at ANY time of day has health benefits!.

The best time is the one time YOU will do it!.
