These are really good ways to get rid of fat and grow muscle!
1!. Exerciser!. Play sports such as football, soccer, basketball, and more!.
2!. Weight lifting!. Start off on a not-so-heavy weight lift and keep going up until your ready to reach a really heavy one!.
3!. Take a walk around your neighborhood!. Walking has to do with legs, so it helps grow muscles in your legs!
4!. Go on a diet!. Eat 3-4 meals everyday!. Meal #1: Breakfeast, make a low fat healthy breakfeast or just eat cereal!. Eat cereal helps you get your energy for the day!. Meal #2: Lunch, have a quick and healthy sandwhich! Low fat cheese, meat, and lettuce is defentiley a really good lunch! And Meal #3: Dinner, you can cook some steak and cut off the fat!. Also, make sure you have veggies on the plate, veggies are delicous and juicy and healthy!

Have at least 2-3 desserts (SMALL) if you would like!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a small 9" ball so you can do crunches to start out with as well as dieting and aerobics/cardiovascular exercises to burn weight!. Swimming is an excellent exercise considering it is summer time!. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits!.!.preferably raw vegetables as they have very low calories, fat, and are highly nutritious!.

you can either run, or ride a bike!. everyday, 3-6 miles!. you will not only lose belly fat, but gain muscle, and 10 pounds of muscle will make you lose 300 - 500 calories without doing anything! so you're sure not to gain the belly fat back!. plus ladies will find you more attractive haha ;DWww@Answer-Health@Com
