Is this a good plan to lose weight and get in shape?!


Question: Is this a good plan to lose weight and get in shape!?
I want to lose weight for basketball!.
Here is a plan for me losing weight:
Swim/run/workout for 1 hour every morning!.
And play basketball (1 hour) or jump rope (30 min) every afternoon
Plus eat healthy/a little less
Will I lose some weight and is this a good plan!? How long do you think it will be before i start seeing results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you seem to do alot of cardio work which is a good start you only need to do 30-40 mins a day of cardio, you dont want to over train and over load your body or your gonna get tired!. to loose weight you must also do compound exercise with weight training 2-3 times a week make sure you have a rest between days!. when u exercise with weights you build muscle which help burn more calories and fat!. do one day of walking and then weight then swim you need to change your exercises and also increase your level so your body dose not get use to the exercises!. you will lose weight by eating healthy 5 small meals a day which fruit veg meat!. and also do weights and cardio you will lose weight please lose about !.5 - 1 kg a week which ishealthy!. yoiu do everything correctley you should lose weight every week good luck pls drink alot of water and have carbs and protienWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you're going from zero workouts to that it will be hard to keep up!. Good idea to vary those workouts though, then it won't be so boring!.

On this plan you should lose weight, but i'd just focus on getting one workout a day nailed down before you do two!. You should begin to see results in 2-3 weeks, but it all takes time and a total lifestyle change so dont expect miracles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
