Is it ok to drink laxative tea twice a day for 2 weeks?
im going to go on the lemonade diet or better yet known as the Master Cleanser and it requires me to drink laxative tea first thing in the morning and last thing in the night everyday.
the diet lasts for 10days
is it ok to drink the tea for 10days two times a day?
is there a safer alternative?

Drink lots of water and take a vitamin....if you do this cleanse and laxative thing, don't do lots of activity, cause you'll get dizzy and pass out from dehydration...
