Question: Good tricep exercises!?
i need to work on that lovely, stubborn arm flab that women can't seem to fully get rid of!. ever!. x!.x lol know any good tricep exercises!? :DWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Tricep extensions - dumb bell or rope ( behind head )

One arm ( pull downs ) - palm up and palm down - great isolation exercise !.

Dips - your body weight on dip machine or bench with weight on lap

Skull crushers - with ez curl or straight bar

Kick backs

Close grip with bar on flat bench Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most common one you'll find if you go to most any gym is the tricep pull down!. You stand either in front or back of a pulley type handle, keep your arms at your side and push down to lift weight attached via a pulley machine!.

push ups also work well and certain dumbell exercises that trigger the triceps if you can't be bothered to go to the gymWww@Answer-Health@Com

Skull crushers and tricep pulldowns are the oens i use the most!. Try googleing tricep exercises!.!.!. i beet you will find TONS! Www@Answer-Health@Com
