Going on holiday for two weeks... but i don't want to lose my fitness/figure!

Question: Going on holiday for two weeks!.!.!. but i don't want to lose my fitness/figure!?
im going to florida for two weeks and im currently running 3 miles a day, doing a lot of weight lifting and either the bike/elliptical trainer for 20 minutes in the gym

the villa im staying in has a pool, but theres no gym!. can anyone suggest ways in which i could maintain my current fitness level and not pile on the weight while im over there (obviously i will be eating more as im on holiday)

i'd love to go running but im concerned about the heat - im used to running in britain so its never beyond 15 degrees celsius when i go out!

thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Go running in the morning or at night before the sun is up, so it won't be as hot!. Swim laps in the poool, do jumping jacks whenever you can, dance around, do whatever you can to burn extra calories!. And don't go overboard with the eating! Indulge, but don't overindulge and undo all your hard work!. Have fun in Florida!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you won't be eating THAT much extra to pile on lots of weight i'm sure! just do a few lengths of the pool!.!.!.your'e on holiday hun!.!.!.take a break from dieting & exercising!.!.!.relax - you'll lose it when you get home anyway! have a great time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run down the beach with just your feet in the sea - it will help you cool down!. Also swim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
