Why we crave for fatty food when we are depress or anxious?!

Question: Why we crave for fatty food when we are depress or anxious!?
Answers:
First off, not everybody does!. Some people lose their appetite when they are stressed out, and so they lose weight via not eating enough!.

However, a lot of people do increase their calories, especially via junk food, when they are stressed out!. As someone else said, it's a comfort thing!.
One can find comfort in familiar good tasting food, and it soothes the person's mind!.

However, I find that exercise does the same thing, and it is obviously much healthier!.
So if you find that you're stressed and craving junk (or just way too much food in general), trying walking/jogging/weight-lifting instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some foods increase serotonin which is a neurotransmitter in the brain!. Low levels can cause depression!. Some people instinctively crave foods that will help stop the re-uptake & raise serotonin levels in the brain!.
But some people just eat for comfort & the higher the fat the better the taste & most filling!.

high calorie food like fat which gives a sense of satiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
