What machines would I have to use and how much exercise on specific machines to lose 25 pounds by March 28, 2009!?

To lose weight you have to do a lot of cardio!. I would suggest to run off at least 250 to 300 calories per day with 20 minutes of the elliptical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
