Question: How can i feel better about my wieght!?
ok, so lately i feel very depressed about my weight!. i eman i'm not fat, but i'm chubby!. 4'11'' 113 lbs!.

is there anyway i can feel better about my weight!? i feel really sad and ugly!.!.!.!.!.!.

seriously don't feel bad i am 5 foot 3 weighing 132 i am chubby to =[ and with all the stores models like hollister and abercrombie it makes me feel even worse!. but if you look in the mirror every day when you do your hair and just say i am beautiful 2 times and go on a healthy diet like eating fruits and veggies instead of chips, cut out soda and sweat drinks!. and last exercise 45 min everyday!. you will feel better about yourself trust me!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are lots of ways you can feel better about your self!. Start a hobby, do any kind of activity to keep you busy & active!. Hang out with your friends!. Write out some motivational sayings on index cards!. Dress up, put a little make up on, fix your hair!. If you think your weight is an issue, change your lifestyle & eating habits!. Eat more fresh fruits & vegetables!. Eat in portions & drink more water to help fill you!. You do not have to follow a boring exercise routine that you will get tired of after the first week!. Get a pair of hand weights, start off with like a 1 pound or 5 pound size!. Start slow by walking in place & sway your arms back and forth!. After a while, pick your knees up & bend your arms upward!. Eventually, make alternating movements with your arms & legs!. Such as kick right leg as swinging out left arm!. Kick left leg while swinging out right arm!. Step out to each side, bring arms up over your head!. I'm sure you get the picture!. If you want something different, try dancing!. Turn the radio on or play your favorite cd and dance!. Twisting your waste & do side bends helps those back side curves!. The more movement the better!. Mostly, make what you do fun with out hurting yourself!. Having a lot of love & encouragement form friends & family is a plus too!. Good luck to you & do not worry too much!. well there is one thing you can do!. you can start being healthy!. start working out a little bit, running, and generally eating healthier and getting into shape!. take it from someone who knows what your'e going through!. i am 15 years old and have a lot of self confidence issues when it comes to my body and i have started working out and doing things to improve my health!. i have to say it is one of the smartest descicions i have ever made and i am starting to feel better about myself and more confident around others!. and it also helped me to admit how i was feeling about myself to my close friends and family and they have helped boost my morale!. :] good luck and just remember to feel good about yourself and take pride in who you are!. nobody can take that away from you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel this way a lot sometimes
but I cant just sit around and moan
so I try to do something about it!. If you feel fat
just exercise a little more, and watch what you eat!.
Just don't starve yourself or anything!.

ya know just look at other people that r like 200 pounds and
just think how lucky u r and i mean weight isnt everything and i mean who cares wut people think seriously if they r goin 2 judge u 4 ur weight guy or girl then they rnt ur friend anyway!.!.!.ok now heres what i want u 2 do i want u 2 go look at urself in the mirror perferably a tall one and tell urself i am wonderfully and beautifully made by God!.!.and there u go and ya know what i think i think that if u say that im gonna loose weight 4 God because he lives inside of me then u will loose weight!.!.!.i dont know if ur a christian and beleive in God or not but if u r and i certainly hope so then i really hope i helped :)

the best advice i was ever given on this was to just get over it!. you can diet and work out but nothing is going to happen overnight, so just learn to accept yourself!. find clothes that are comfortable and make you happy with the way you look!. dont be afraid of what anyone might say, because their opinions dont matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am the same way but i am 6'1!.5" and 195!. i have a double chin and i get made fun of!. every time i get made fun of i eat more cuz i eat wen i am mad!. my only tip is to try to just let it roll of ur sholder and forget about itWww@Answer-Health@Com

we all come in different shapes and sizes u need to learn to accept wat ur mama gave ya and OWN IT!!! im sure u dont have to post a yahoo question about ur weight! u just need to dig deep inside and find urself and thats where ur confidence will lye!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
