at 12 and 13 typically just going outside and being active is the best thing!. play games that involve running!. (soccer, basketball, ultimate frisbee, etc)!. once your body matures a bit more (though i don't know your body) aerobics and exercise ball workouts (crunches) are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
