Why am I not losing this darn weight? I eat about 1000 per day.?!


Question: Why am I not losing this darn weight!? I eat about 1000 per day!.!?
I've been doing two slim fast drinks plus a healthy dinner!. I also do cardio and a little weights five days a week!. I burn around three hundred cals a day!. And the scale is still stuck!

If I eat any less in a day, I'll pass out!. I'm boggled on this one!. Please give me some advise!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are eating only 1000 calories per day you may be reducing your basal metabolism; you need to eat more and learn to do circuit training with full body exercises!. Keep the pace up!. If you do this 5 days per week you should be able to eat at least 1800 calories per day and lose fat!. You will look and feel much better!. You know, too much of a good thing is wonderful!. I don't know your weight and height, but it could be that you are taking in too few calories!. Your body thinks you're starving it!. Increase your calorie intake a little - or even have a "free" day where you go wild and see if it gets your past that plateau!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How long have you been working out, a week!? Keep with it, and eat healthier!. Slim fast is crap!. eat 6 small meals a day, keep working out!.

how much do you weigh and how tall are you!? you might not have any weight to lose and your just gaining muscle!.
