What's a great easy Ab exercise???!


Question: What's a great easy Ab exercise!?!?!?
I would like to find an Ab workout other than sit-ups!. I want to be able to do this at home!. Also what is your favorite butt exercise too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

An effective AB exercise is a variation of a sit-up!. Place your hands lightly behind your head while lying down!. Then bring your left knee up toward your right elbow (touch the elbow if you can)!. You will automatically bring your right shoulder toward your left knee as you do this!. But keep the left should on the floor!. Then return your left leg to the floor out straight!. Then do the opposite, right knee to left shoulder!. Keep alternating from side to side and get a continuous motion going doing about 15-20 reps of both sides!. While your doing the exercise keep your AB muscles tightened, not relaxed!. You breath normally while doing this, don't hold your breath!. This is a great AB exercise!. You will feel a burn in your AB's as you get to about 10 reps or so!. Do this every day if you want results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do 25 Sit-ups (I know you mentioned these!.), then start bicycle crunches(Do a crunch, but bring your knee to your opposite elbow)!. Complete 25 of these!. Stand up and 'hula hoop' for 10 seconds!. Bring you right arm over you head and lean left to stretch your hips/abs!. Then, bring it back down and repeat 30 times!. Repeat with opposite side!.

Lay straight on your back!. Pull both legs up so they are parallel to the wall!. Hold for x seconds!. Repeat!.

If you can find something like a horizontal bar (like pull up bars), lay your legs on them so you are hanging upside down!. Do sit ups like that and it is a SUPER workout!.

Leg Raises and reverse crunches, both exercises can be googled and there will be demos of the techniques!.!.!.!.also for your but lay face down on the floor and post yourself up on your hands and knees, then with one leg just kick back straight into the air and do 12 reps, then the other leg, doing 3 sets each leg!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are trying to lose weight then get in your cardio!. Run or walk daily!. Also make sure you get in at least 200 situps a day and watch your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bicycle crunches are very good!.
normal crunches are good too!.
ab push ups are good for the lower abs
