Question: Muscle Gaining Dilemma!?
I've been working out with weights for over 2 years steadily for about a half hour every other day!. i gained muscle for about the first year but after that it seems like i gain none and im not very big!. im short and have a high matabalism!. could that have something to do with it or am i doing something wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your timing sounds good, so either there are some things that you need to fix (most likely) or you've hit your genetic limit after which gains come very slowly!.

Since you mention high metabolism I'll almost guarantee that your problems are nutrition based!. Having a high metabolism is not in the slightest bit relevant, but it is a convenient excuse for not eating properly!. Quite simply put if you are not gaining weight then you are not eating enough - it doesn't matter how much you are eating now!. So you need to sort out your nutrition!. If you've not been tracking it then I suggest that you use one of the tracker sites such as fitday!.com and see if you have any holes in your nutrition!.

Then you need to take a look at your routines!. I'll bet you've diverted out into isolation exercises and such, so go back to the core muscle groups and start improving your intensity!. Are you still making personal bests in every workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
