how to lose wait fast , i only eat 1 meal a day and i seem to be getting fatter :@ , im soo anoyed with myself and hate myself , and i want to get slimmer , but healthy meals dont really do anything for me , is there any pills without precreption i can get !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably because when you dont eat as much your body will hold on to the fat in the food you just ate!. so eat two-three meals a day!. and heres all the weight loss advice i got

orry but this is NOT a realistic goal!. Healthy loss is 2 to 3 pounds per week!. Diet and exercise combined will do it but you need to cut your carbs immediately ( no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, soda and cereals) and eat lean proteins, tuna fish, grilled chicken and beef and lots of veggies!. Then I'd do cardio for 45 minutes at a clip at least 4-5 times a week for these two weeks!. That should get you about 5-7 pounds but it really depends on your commitment and your body style!. 10-15 pounds in two weeks - only if you starve yourself and you should NOT DO THAT!.



1 pound of fat = 3500 calories!.

To lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, you need to have a calorie deficit of 2500 a day (and a 1000 deficit is the highest recommended)!

You need more time to lose that much weight!.

losing that much weight in that little of time isn't very healthy, the only thing i can suggest is a detox fast, i do it every year and i lose prolly only 5 lbs but i look amazing!.

i must warn u it takes ALOT of determination!.!.!.but it beats the no-carb diet because you just puff up like a blow fish when u start to eat bread again

This is what my dad did to lose 8 lbs!. a week!.!.
breakfast- a wheat bagel with fat free/low fat/no fat cream cheese
lunch-2 fat free hot dogs on a wheat bun,fat free popcorn or hundred calorie snack size and as many pickles as you want
dinner- ceasar salad or salad with fat free ranch or vinegar or anything else fat free sometimes with grilled chicken on it
drink-water or diet soda
desert-bad idea unless you want to burn it off but every once in a while treat urself to low fat frozen yogurt or no fat!.

It may or may not work for you because girls lose weight slower than guys and if you gain weight at first that's just water and it drops off really fast!.

actually eating less doesn't help you lose weight at all because it lowers your metabolism rate and you don't burn as much fat
just make sure your eating right and here's some exercise tips

1!.doing something you enjoy is always easier when it comes to losing weight because your more into the exercise

2!. try working out to music with a fast beat that way you'll get more power in your workout

3!.pills aren't the best way to lose weight because its unhealthy but if its absolutely necessary take them but remeber the pills aren't going to work as well if you don't exercise and eat right (3 meals a day and make sure they're healthy)

4!. you could call a nutritionist

You need to eat regular meals, your body conserves when you don't eat regularly because it is designed to, in case of food shortage!.

A lot of people drink a lot of calories, add what you drink to your calories a day & you may be surprised!. Drink mostly water & choose what else you drink wisely!. There is no place in a balanced diet for soft drink or fruit drink (as opposed to fruit juice)!.

You also need to exercise regularly!.

The misconception is that if you barely eat anything AND work out, you'll lose weight!. It's might be true, BUT very dangerous/harmful to the body system because if you don't have enough energy to do the work out, then you're going to wear your body out and pretty soon, you may end up in a hospital bed!. Because you don't eat, your body will go into minimum metabolism rate, where it will burn as LITTLE fat as possible to retain fuel sources!. So by eating lesser, your body will retain that you eat longer and you won't achieve any weight loss long-term!.

What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!)!.

Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience!. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body!.

What I did was I went on an "eating-only-corn-flakes" diet!. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs)!. After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes with regular milk for breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever)!. (You can try it with skim, 1%, or 2% milk to lose even more weight!.) I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits!. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now!. At summer camp, I've also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk "diet"!. For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass!. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal!. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amount of weight for my father to notice my weight loss!. xD

Currently, I've been exercising!. I have an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout!. I take my pulse at 5 min!. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving!. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc!.)!. To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches (I lay on my Total Gym at an incline, so it's VERY easy and no back strain!); they are much easier than sit-ups!. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches!. The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now!. ^____^ Very happy with the results!. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout!. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods!. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk!. ^_^

1!. There is no quick way, well not one that will work over the long term!.

2!. To loose weight, you need to drink lots of water, eat a large breakfast of grains etc and a fair lunch, and smaller supper with meat and veggies!. Take up walking!.

Because you are not eating enough!. Try eating 5 small meals a day and excercise!. The reason you are getting fatter is because your body is in starvation mode!. It thinks you are starving it therefore it is storing any food as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol your body htinks you are starving yourself so whatever you eat it will store asap as fat and you gain the weight, so you need to be eating small portions every 3 hours ideally not starving yourself with one meal, whic also slows the motabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating 1 meal a day has probably put your body in starvation mode (where your body stores fat) which wud explain the weight gain but usually diet pills dont work - just make you ill, so your best to eat healthily and go walking or jogging for an hour each dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

there are pills but taking diet pills speeds up your heartrate and are not healthy
normally the easiest ways are not the safest

i suggest just doing old fashioned diet and exercise
