Question:

Im 5'4 and 150 lbs. please help.?

First of all, how much should i weigh to be healthy??

and second how can i lose weight?

i have been excercising and eating a lot less everyday, and i havent lost any weight yet. its been like two weeks. i have such a huge self esteem problem, and this is really starting to put me down. i feel like the only thing that might make me lose weight is to stop eating, but i dont want to go to extremes like that.

any ideas?


Answers:

not all women can be the "ideal" Weight...some women are just plain thick and their bones are solid as well. don't worry about your weight, worry about how much fat to body ratio you are carrying. don't drink too much soda, lay off sugars and carbs..stick with proteins and veggies and fruits...walk or work out at least 20 minutes a day and you'll be fine.

p.s. most men don't like skinny women.
