Should I be doing more squats .. or exercises?!


Question:

Should I be doing more squats .. or exercises?

I'm 16
And I believe I am way too thin.
I'm currently trying to GAIN weight, it's quite hard.I'm also trying to stick to being healthy drinking more water since all i use to drink was soda.And eating lots of proteins.

Now.. on exercising.
I have very thin long legs,I want them to be stronger looking also perhaps gain some butt :D.

So,I'm doing 30 squats each day and from there I'm not sure what else to do should I add along more squats and lunges,crunches?

I think squats are one of the best exercises for your legs and butt. You didn't mention if you were using any weights or just your body weight. If you aren't now, trying holding some free weights while doing some squats. Just hold them in your hands keeping your arms straight down by your side. Same with your lunges. If you want to add mass to your legs you should be using weights, and if you ARE using weights now use heavier ones. Good luck.
